The app displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). By using the app, you consent to viewing these advertisements.
Interstitial ads may appear between game sessions. Rewarded video ads are optional and provide in-game benefits (extra life).
All content in the app, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, and code, is the property of eastfreak Studios and is protected by copyright laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eastfreak Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dresden, Germany.
